Dynabody Fitness & Health is not just about exercise.  It is about social connection,
support, self discovery, community and belonging. 

As we all do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19, it’s inevitable to experience fear,
anxiety, and stress.  It’s more than OK to feel a bit nervous and uncertain.   While most
of us spend most of our time staying out of public places - stuck at home,  it gives us a
chance to reevaluate the important things in life - to allow ourselves to envision a new
potential future, on the other side of this pandemic.

My time on social media is limited and I hope yours is too…. 
It is proven that the more you use social media the worse you feel. The problem with social media is you get absorbed in other people’s lives and mindless news feeds and you forget about yourself.  Sure it’s great to hear about what’s happening with friends and family - but time should be limited.

We need to start working on OURSELVES, away from the fake news, misery and
anxiousness!!

So what we need is to build a support system - of community, family and friends
- reaching out to others under stress, either to seek support or to help someone else.
To target like-minded people and build a sense of positive engagement and belonging.  

Join me in building a community that “Uses It” 
- that embraces Life and makes it worth living
- no matter who you are, and what challenges you may face....
